Product overview

HP-105 is a trioleyl monoalkoxy titanate whose chain carries unsaturated double bonds; it combines strong coupling, excellent lubrication, low-viscosity flow, good dispersion and interfacial compatibility, and is the classic grade with the best lubrication, processing flow and suitability for soft, low-melting systems.

International equivalent: Kenrich KR-TTS (USA)

Chemical name: isopropyl trioleyl titanate

Structure: monoalkoxy unsaturated fatty acid titanate coupling agent

Physical and chemical index

Appearance

Pale yellow to reddish-brown transparent viscous liquid with no visible mechanical impurities Density (25 °C)

0.92~0.94g/cm³

Viscosity (25 °C)

2000~4500mPa·s

Solubility Readily soluble in white oil, solvent naphtha, xylene, esters, plasticizers and vegetable oils; excellent compatibility with polymer resins Thermal decomposition temperature

≥200℃

All-round core performance

1. Strong lubrication and high flow; markedly better processing

2. Stable coupling and strong interfacial bonding

3. Unsaturated double-bond structure; suits crosslinking and soft systems

4. Light color and low odor; suits light and transparent systems

5. Excellent process compatibility for all scenarios

Full-industry, all-scenario applications

1. Plastic modification and products industry (core main application)

2. Rubber products industry (specialty advantage scenario)

3. Coatings and paints industry

4. Adhesives, sealants and inks industry

5. Inorganic powder activation and modification industry

6. Composites and other functional materials industry

Standard application process

1. Dry powder modification process (best effect, most used)

2. Direct blending process

3. Wet grinding process (for coatings, inks and adhesives)

4. Rubber compounding process

Packaging, storage and precautions

1. Packaging and storage

IBC or 25 kg / 200 kg packaging

Store sealed at room temperature in a cool, dry, ventilated place away from light and heat; shelf life 6 months

2. Precautions

An unsaturated fatty acid titanate with moderate heat resistance; processing temperature should not exceed 210 °C to avoid prolonged thermal decomposition.

Reseal promptly after opening and store in a cool, dry place away from moisture and direct sunlight to prevent loss of activity.

Compatible with conventional plasticizers, lubricants, dispersants, vulcanizing agents and curing agents; no major formulation changes are needed.

Trial runs are advised for strongly alkaline systems; neutral, weakly acidic and standard rubber/plastic/coating systems can be used directly.
